Nicole Higginbotham is the founder of The Story Collective Co., a community-centered bookstore built on the belief that books have the power to connect people. A Rock Hill native, Nicole created The Story Collective as a way to bring women together through shared stories, meaningful conversation, and a renewed sense of belonging.

What began as a love of reading has grown into a vibrant community anchored by thoughtfully curated books and rapidly growing book clubs. These gatherings create space for women to connect, share, and support one another, turning reading into a shared experience rather than a solitary one.

At The Hickory Post, The Story Collective Co. reflects a deep commitment to comfort, connection, and the idea of home. Each book sold includes a miniature collectible, which is later transformed into a keepsake ornament, allowing stories to live on long after the final page.
